Our new apartment: video tour

I figured this would be better than a lot of pictures:

Please forgive the dorky awkwardness.

  • [...] I’ll try to put more up soon. Also, Chris really went the extra mile and made a video tour, here. I feel that I should note that there will not be any broken necks, I promise - we have flashlights [...]

Love the eery entrance lights! It looks like a great apartment. Scout seems very content, which means it’s a good place. I really like the crank up laundry line too. The shower/bathroom would take a little getting used to, but it’s just because it’s not what we’re accustomed to. Congratulations on a great place and successful move!

I want to live there too!

    But where is your Anne?

I like the part where Scout meows!

Those laundry lift things are really common over here in people’s kitchens.

    Nice, good sized place–congratulations!

  • I’m impressed and jealous. I think the free range showerhead is a fantastic idea. Did it feel transgressive to use it the first few times (because you’re spraying water all over the place, that is)?

Alex, would you like to move into that guest bedroom together?

Chris Clanton!!!! Long time no see! How are things? I actually looked you up for a reason, I remembered you went to China to teach english, but I haven’t heard from you since. Apparantly you liked it! I have been seriously considering doing the same thing. I still live in Las Vegas right now, but the opportunity sounds great. I found a couple adds for teaching in South Korea. I was hoping for any advice from you, i.e. what companies are best to work for, and anything else I should know. My email is jllarnett@yahoo.com and my phone number is 214-957-1630, I would love to hear from you. -and old friend, Justin Arnett

Hey how are you? Just to let you know those heat lamps will quickly become a chandelier because it will melt everthing that holds it up. Don’t leave them on for longer than an hour or so, if that. Our was nice until the whole thing fell!
